SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification (via email or SMS) once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping across India.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your specific pin code and location.

  • Shipping Costs: We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Please note: Unforeseen delays due to high order volumes, severe weather conditions, or local courier disruptions may occasionally extend delivery times.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PROTOCOL We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Please provide a valid, active mobile number at checkout.

  • Our fulfillment team or courier partner may contact you via SMS or phone call to verify your order before dispatch.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address with the exact cash amount to receive the package.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package via email or SMS. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with your live shipment status.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package at the door, it will be returned to our warehouse. If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately. We can only update shipping addresses before the order has been dispatched.
