Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Consumable liquids or gels (such as cleaning solutions or coatings) that have been opened or unsealed.

Items purchased on final clearance or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

When contacting us, please include:

Your Order Number.

A clear video or photograph showing the condition of the item and its packaging. (An unboxing video is highly recommended for claims regarding defective or damaged upon arrival items).
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange a free replacement for items that arrive fundamentally defective or damaged in transit.
REFUNDS & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

For Prepaid Orders: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We cannot refund physical cash for returned COD orders. If your COD return is approved, our support team will request your Bank Account Details or UPI ID to initiate a direct digital transfer for the refund amount.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS Unless the item received was defective, damaged, or the incorrect product was shipped, the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
